Code Review and Quality

The skill
The code review and quality skill gives your agent a five-axis review for correctness, readability, architecture, security and performance, with severity labels and test checks, for teams who review code from people or agents.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Every PR reviewed before merge.
↻ Runs by itselfpull request opened
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one pull request per run.
Your agent reads what the change should do and which task it serves.
It inverts one new condition, runs the suite and restores the file to see if tests catch it.
It walks each file for correctness, readability, architecture, security and performance, using security-and-hardening and performance-optimization for depth.
It marks each one Critical, required, Nit, Optional or FYI, most important first.
For upgrades it reads the changelog, the lockfile diff and npm audit.
It lists code that is now unused and asks you before anything is removed.
Tests and build must pass, and a person makes the final merge call.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Code Review and Quality skill helps.
No. The skill approves a change when it clearly improves code health.
If the suite stays green after the flip, a test case is missing, and the review names it.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from addyosmani/agent-skills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add addyosmani/agent-skills --skill code-review-and-quality.
Yes. It is published under MIT. Habit is free too.
