Xcode Build Fixer

The skill
Xcode Build Fixer applies approved Xcode build optimizations, build settings, script phase guards, source fixes and SPM restructuring, then re-benchmarks to prove the gain.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Approved build fixes proven by benchmark.
↻ Runs by itselfplan approved
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one approved plan per run, with at most one re-benchmark retry.
Your agent reads the plan or your instruction and implements only the checked items.
It applies one logical change, a build setting, script phase, source fix or SPM change, at a time.
It runs a quick xcodebuild build to confirm no errors were introduced.
After all approved changes it reruns benchmark_builds.py with the original baseline inputs.
It compares post-change medians to the baseline for clean, cached clean and incremental builds.
It leads with the wall-clock result, lists files changed and flags any regression.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Xcode Build Fixer skill helps.
No. It applies only items with explicit developer approval, one at a time so each is reversible.
For speculative changes that regress all build types; recommended Apple-default settings are kept even without an immediate gain.
