The skill
Chakra ui refactor reviews, converts and improves UI code with Chakra UI v3, from plain HTML, Tailwind, CSS Modules or styled-components, checking accessibility, responsiveness, tokens and v3 API use.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Components stay accessible and v3-correct.
↻ Runs by itselfcomponent files change
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after the changed components of one pull request, at most 20 files.
Check package.json for the Chakra version and note the framework and source type.
Look for missing labels, keyboard access, heading order and Field.Root usage.
Flag v2 props and patterns, hardcoded colors and inline style props.
Flag deep nesting, manual spacing and the wrong layout primitive.
Group findings as critical, improvements and optional, with a minimal fix for each critical one.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Chakra UI Refactor skill helps.

No. It adds it only where a component really needs it.
