The skill
Programmatic SEO is a skill that plans and checks SEO pages built at scale from templates and data, with 12 playbooks, linking and indexation rules.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Template pages stay unique and indexable.
↻ Runs by itselfpage data changed
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one page set per run, with at most 1 retry.
Read .agents/product-marketing.md if it exists, plus config.md with the playbook, template, data and sitemap paths.
Confirm the keyword pattern, its variables and the data that fills each page.
Make sure each page has its own value, not just swapped variables.
Confirm the hub links every spoke and related spokes link each other.
Check titles, headings, schema, sitemap, crawlability and noindex for every page.
Show you the hold list of very thin or duplicate pages and wait for your OK.
Set noindex on approved pages, remove them from the XML sitemap, and log counts and failures.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Programmatic SEO skill helps.
Only after you approve the hold list. Then it sets noindex and takes those pages out of the sitemap.
One that only swaps a city name or variable in identical content.
The skill points to seo-audit for auditing programmatic pages after launch.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from coreyhaines31/marketingskills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add coreyhaines31/marketingskills --skill programmatic-seo.
