It starts by itself

weekday morning agenda. Runs in Claude Code routine or cron.

It checks its work

agenda read succeeds. If a check fails, it tells you.

daily agenda notes. The next run reads it first: yesterday's agenda, to flag new or moved events.

    Read ../gws-shared/SKILL.md for sign-in, flags and safety rules first.

    Use gws calendar --help or gws schema calendar.<resource>.<method> before any other call.

    Get the agenda

    Run gws calendar +agenda to list upcoming events across all calendars.

    Compare

    Mark events that are new or changed since yesterday's note.

    Write the note

    Save today's agenda as a short list with times and titles.
