The skill
Spec impl implements an approved spec: it validates the Approved state in any language, creates a branch named after the spec, and works the plan step by step with pauses to review each diff.
Only when you ask.

When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after the plan steps of one spec are implemented.
Find the spec in specs/ from the number, slug or full name given.
Continue only if the state means Approved in any language; otherwise stop with the standard message.
Check the working tree, then create and switch to spec-NN-slug per the AutoCreateBranch flag.
Show the objective, scope, implementation plan and acceptance criteria before coding.
Do one plan step, show the touched files, and pause for the diff review before the next.
After the last step, remind the user to verify the acceptance criteria and commit.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Spec Impl skill helps.

No. It writes code and shows the diff; committing is your decision and your command.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from klerith/fernando-skills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add klerith/fernando-skills --skill spec-impl.
