Planning with Files (Chinese)

The skill
Keeps a plan, notes and progress in files for long jobs.
Only when you ask.
Time saved
Long jobs never lose their goal. You pick up where you stopped. Time saved.
↻ Runs by itselfwhen a long task starts
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops when all phases are complete, or after 3 failed attempts on one step it stops and asks you.
The agent resolves the plan directory with scripts/resolve-plan-dir.sh, reads the three files and runs git diff --stat.
For a new task it runs scripts/init-session.sh and creates only the missing files from the templates.
After every 2 view or search actions it writes key findings to findings.md, never web content to task_plan.md.
Before a big decision it reads the plan again to keep the goal in view.
It marks the phase complete, logs errors and notes changed files.
It changes approach after each failure and asks you for guidance after 3 failed attempts.
It runs scripts/check-complete.sh before it ends the session.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Planning with Files (Chinese) skill helps.
Only when you ask. session-catchup.py runs with --metadata or --replay only on an explicit request.
No. The skill has no network upload path.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from OthmanAdi/planning-with-files and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add OthmanAdi/planning-with-files --skill planning-with-files-zh.
