The skill
The analyzing user feedback skill helps product teams turn large amounts of feedback into confident decisions: group signals into themes, check representation, set up dogfooding and use LLMs to synthesize transcripts and tickets.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Turn feedback into clear decisions.

When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after one weekly batch and at most 10 themes per run.
The agent opens the themes file to see what was open last week.
It groups new feedback into themes by segment, frequency and user influence.
For each theme it estimates how much of the user base it reflects, to avoid building for a vocal minority.
It asks you a few questions, such as whether you have felt this friction yourself.
Shipped fixes get a reminder to follow up with the users who asked.
Themes, counts and your decisions go into the themes file.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Analyzing User Feedback skill helps.
Among others a representation by influence matrix and a depth by breadth 2x2; references/artifacts.md lists them all.
No. It reminds you to close the loop; contacting users stays with you.
Copy the prompt at the top into your agent. It installs the skill from refoundai/lenny-skills and sets up the habit. Or run npx skills add refoundai/lenny-skills --skill analyzing-user-feedback.
