every Friday afternoon. Runs in cron or Claude Code routine.

It checks its work

merged file has rows. If a check fails, it tells you.

merged files log. The next run reads it first: files merged last week and their row counts.

    Your agent checks which files it merged last time.

    Merge the sheets

    It runs excel_processor.py merge on the folder with --output merged.xlsx.

    Read it back

    It runs excel_processor.py read on the merged file to confirm it holds data.

    Analyze the data

    It runs excel_processor.py analyze with --pivot for a short summary.

  5. 05

    Fill the report

    It runs word_processor.py template with --data to fill the weekly report.

    Log the run

    It writes the file names and row counts to the run log.
