The skill
Indexion documentation analyzes doc coverage, finds code-to-doc drift with plan reconcile and draws dependency graphs with doc graph.
Only when you ask.
The habit
Docs keep up with the code.
↻ Runs by itselfweekly docs drift check
When does it start? How does it check its work? What does it remember?
Stops after at most 10 fixed docs and one re-verify per run.
Run indexion plan documentation --style=coverage on the project.
Run indexion grep --undocumented src/ for the missing doc comments.
Run indexion plan reconcile --format=md and read the vocabulary divergence table.
Add doc comments and enrich READMEs that show high divergence.
Run indexion plan reconcile --format=md again and log the new numbers.
It writes only in its own folder and asks you before anything goes out.
Read both lists. If the left one sounds like you, the Indexion Documentation skill helps.

The skill says a stale cache causes this; clear .indexion/cache/reconcile and run it again.
No. It only checks code to docs; compare READMEs with --help output by hand.
